What this site keeps in your browser
Short version: no cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party scripts. Two values are stored locally so the shop can work at all. Here they are, in full.

Cookies
This site sets none. Not first-party, not third-party, not for analytics and not for advertising. There is no tracking pixel, no tag manager, no embedded video player and no social widget on any page.
What is stored instead
Two values are written to your browser’s own storage. They never leave your device and they are not readable by anybody else.
| Key | Holds | Why | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| servicelab-cart | Piece references and quantities in your basket | So the basket survives moving between pages. Without it there is no shop | Depends on your answer below |
| servicelab-theme | Whether you chose the breakfast or the dinner service | So your choice of view is not reset on every page | Depends on your answer below |
| servicelab-consent | Your answer to the storage question | So the banner does not ask again on every page | Until you clear it |
What your answer changes
The Danish cookie order exempts storage that is strictly necessary to deliver the service you asked for, and a shopping basket is the textbook example. So the shop works whether you agree or not, and it works if you never answer at all. What your answer decides is how long the two values survive:
- Agree — kept in
localStorage, so your basket and your chosen service are still there when you come back tomorrow. - Decline, or no answer — kept in
sessionStorage, so they last until you close the tab and then disappear.
Both buttons on the banner are the same size and take the same single press. Declining is not made harder than agreeing, and nothing is loaded before you answer.
Change your answer
Your current answer, and a way to change it, are below. Changing to decline also moves anything already saved out of long-term storage immediately.

Clearing it yourself
Clearing site data in your browser removes all three values. In most browsers that is under Settings, Privacy, and clear browsing data for this site; you can also do it from the developer tools application panel. Nothing on our side changes when you do — we hold no copy of any of it.
Server logs
Requesting a page leaves an entry in a standard server log — IP address, time, path, user agent — which we keep for 30 days to diagnose faults and spot abuse. That is not a cookie and it is not linked to any browser storage. It is covered on the privacy page.
Embedded content
There is none. Every image, font and video on this site is served from this domain, so no third party learns that you visited. The Content Security Policy blocks any request to an external host outright.
